Change Enablement Reporting. Contractor shall provide monthly reporting on the effectiveness of Change Management processes and trending of the Change Enablement practice. Contractor shall report the status of scheduled Operational Changes; include a comprehensive list of projects and dates, and achievement of approved Changes.
