Chairperson Selection Sample Clauses
The Chairperson Selection clause defines the process by which a chairperson is chosen for a committee, board, or meeting. Typically, this clause outlines who is eligible to serve as chairperson, the method of selection—such as election by members or appointment by a specific authority—and the term or duration of service.
