Chairman and Vice Chairman. The Trustees may appoint a chairman and a vice-chairman, who shall be Trustees of the Trust but need not be shareholders. The chairman shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees and in the chairman's absence, the vice-chairman shall so preside. The chairman and the vice-chairman shall hold their respective positions at the pleasure of the Trustees.
