Common use of Cessation of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Coverage. Your coverage ceases: - on the day you cease being a member of the insurable group because you no longer meet the subscription conditions (see Policy holder definition), - if the Subscriber fails to pay the premiums, - on the date the contract between us and the Subscriber is terminated, - at the end of the year of your 70th birthday. As soon as the contract is terminated or suspended, it can no longer cover the Policy holders.
