Certified Articles of Incorporation. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, certified as of a recent date by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. BRS shall have received a certificate of the Secretary of States of the State of Florida and Delaware certifying the Articles of Incorporation of RMAG and the Certificate of Incorporation of SUB and all amendments thereof, dated not more than ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. Omni shall have received a certificate of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida certifying the Articles of Incorporation of CSI and all amendments thereof, dated not more than ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. RMAG and SUB shall have received a certificate of the Secretary of State of the State of California certifying the Articles of Incorporation of SIC and all amendments thereof, dated not more than ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date.

SIC shall have received a certificate of the Secretary of States of the State of Florida and Delaware certifying the Articles of Incorporation of RMAG and the Certificate of Incorporation of SUB and all amendments thereof, dated not more than ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. Copies of the articles of incorporation of the Company certified on or soon before the Closing Date by the Secretary of State of Texas.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, each Guarantor and Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Original Dolls, Inc., certified as of a recent date by the Secretary of State of their respective states of incorporation.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. Buyer shall have received a ----------------------------------- copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, as amended, certified by the Secretary of State of the State of Kentucky within a reasonable period prior to the Closing.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. The Company shall have delivered to such Purchaser a certified copy of its Articles as certified by the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware within ten days of the Initial Closing Date.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. The Borrower shall have furnished to the Bank a copy of the Articles of Incorporation including all amendments thereto and restatements thereof, and all other charter documents of the Borrower, all of which shall have been certified by the jurisdiction of incorporation.
