Xxxxxx, VT NY, (the "hereinafter called “Contractor"”) that the contract between them originally dated as of November 1October 11, 20182021 and end on October 10, 2022, Contract #37375# 42835, as amended to date, (the “Contract”) is hereby amended as follows:
