Ineligibility, and Voluntary Exclusion: Federal money will be used or may potentially be used to pay for all or part of the work under the contract, therefore the Proposer must certify the following, as required by the regulations implementing Executive Order 12549.

Contractor’s certification is a material representation upon which the contract award was based.
