Certification Regarding Chattels Sample Clauses

The Certification Regarding Chattels clause requires a party to formally confirm the ownership, condition, or status of movable personal property (chattels) involved in a transaction. Typically, this means the party must verify that all chattels listed in a contract are free from liens, encumbrances, or claims by third parties, and that they are in the agreed-upon condition at the time of transfer. This clause serves to protect the receiving party by ensuring transparency and reducing the risk of disputes over the ownership or quality of chattels included in the agreement.
