Certification Regarding Chattels. Bank shall have received a certification from the Title Insurer or counsel satisfactory to Bank (which shall be updated from time to time at Company's expense upon request by Bank) that a search of the public records disclosed no conditional sales contracts, chattel mortgages, leases of personalty, financing statements or title retention agreements which affect the Project.
