Certification; All Applicable Requirements. Each Mortgage Loan will conform to the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement. Each Mortgage Loan (and all other documents in connection therewith, except the required appraisal) shall have been closed after the execution of this Agreement and the reservation of funds for such Mortgage Loan. The Mortgage Lender certifies that each Mortgage Loan satisfies all applicable requirements set forth in this Agreement.
