Certificates for Awards of Stock. (a) Subject to Section 7(d), each Key Employee entitled to receive shares of Stock under the Plan shall be issued a certificate for such shares. Such certificate shall be registered in the name or the Key Employee, and shall bear an appropriate legend reciting the terms, conditions and restrictions, if any, applicable to such shares and shall be subject of appropriate stop-transfer orders.
