Certificated Warrant to Global Warrant. If a Certificated Warrant is transferred or exchanged for a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant, the Warrant Agent will (x) cancel such Certificated Warrant, (y) record an increase in such Global Warrant equal to the number of Warrants being transferred or exchanged and (z) in the event that such transfer or exchange involves less than the entire amount of the canceled Certificated Warrant, deliver to the Holder thereof one or more new Certificated Warrants having an aggregate number of Warrants equal to the untransferred or unexchanged portion of the canceled Certificated Warrant, registered in the name of the Holder thereof.
