Mutilated or Missing Warrant Certificate. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, upon request by the Registered Holder, the Company will issue, in exchange for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant, or in substitution for the lost, stolen or destroyed Warrant, a substitute Warrant, in substantially the form of this Warrant, of like tenor, but, in the case of loss, theft or destruction, only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of this Warrant and, if requested by the Company, indemnity also reasonably satisfactory to it.

Mutilated or Missing Warrant Certificate. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, upon request by the Holder, the Company will, at its expense, issue, in exchange for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant, or in substitution for the lost, stolen or destroyed Warrant, a new Warrant, in substantially the form of this Warrant, representing the right to acquire the equivalent number of Warrant Shares; provided, that, as a prerequisite to the issuance of a substitute Warrant, the Company may require satisfactory evidence of loss, theft or destruction as well as an indemnity from the Holder of a lost, stolen or destroyed Warrant.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant Certificate. In case the certificate evidencing this Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall, at the request of the Holder, issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated certificate, or in lieu of and in substitution for the certificate lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant certificate of like tenor and representing the equivalent rights and interests, but only upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant. Applicants for such substitute Warrant certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable requirements and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe. The Holder shall pay all taxes and all other expenses and charges payable in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of Warrants pursuant to this Section 8.

Applicants for such substitute Warrant Certificate(s) shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.
