Common use of Certificate of President Clause in Contracts

Certificate of President. Seller shall have delivered to Buyer a ------------------------ certificate executed by its President, dated the date of the Closing, to the effect that the conditions set forth in subsections (a) and (c)-(e) of this Section 7.1, have been satisfied.
