Common use of CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS. A certificate of indebtedness signed by any director or manager of the Supplier, whose authority or appointment shall not be necessary to prove, in respect of any indebtedness of the Customer in terms of this Agreement and any Proposal, shall be prima facie evidence of the Customer's indebtedness to the Supplier.

CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS. A The indebtedness of the Purchaser to the Supplier in terms of the contract shall be determined and conclusively proved for all purposes by a certificate of indebtedness signed by any director or manager of the Supplier, Supplier whose authority or appointment as such it shall not be necessary to prove, in respect of any indebtedness of the Customer in terms of this Agreement and any Proposal, shall be prima facie evidence of the Customer's indebtedness to the Supplier.
