CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORISED SIGNATORY. The Note Trustee may call for and shall be at liberty to accept as sufficient evidence of any fact or matter or the expediency of any transaction or thing, unless any of its officers in charge of the administration of this Deed shall have actual knowledge or express notice to the contrary, a certificate signed by two Directors of the Issuer and the Note Trustee shall not be bound in any such case to call for further evidence or be responsible for any loss that may be occasioned by the Note Trustee acting on such certificate.
