Certificate for the Shares. Seller shall deliver to Buyer the certificate representing the Shares duly endorsed in blank or accompanied by a stock assignment separate from certificate duly executed in blank.
Certificate for the Shares. (a) Until all Restrictions have lapsed, the Secretary or such other escrow holder as the Board of Directors may appoint shall retain custody of the stock certificates representing the Restricted Stock subject to the Award; provided, however, that in no event shall the Grantee retain physical custody of any certificates representing shares of Restricted Stock awarded to him or her.
Certificate for the Shares. The Corporation shall have delivered to the Investor, in exchange for the cash consideration set forth in Section 1.a, a certificate or certificates representing the Shares.
