Common use of Certain Taxes and Fees Clause in Contracts

Certain Taxes and Fees. All transfer, documentary, deed recording, sales, use, stamp, registration and other similar Taxes, and all conveyance fees, recording charges and other similar fees and charges (including any penalties and interest) incurred in connection with consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be paid by the Company when due, and Purchaser shall file all Tax Returns and other documentation with respect to all such Taxes, fees and charges as required.

Certain Taxes and Fees.
