Common use of Certain Information Clause in Contracts

Certain Information. The Company agrees to provide Holder at any time and from time to time with such information as Holder may reasonably request for purposes of Holder’s compliance with regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements applicable to Holder.

The So long as Holder holds this Warrant, the Company agrees to provide Holder at any time and from time to time with such information as Holder may reasonably request for purposes of Holder’s compliance with regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements applicable to Holder.

The Company agrees to provide Holder at any time and from time to time with such information as Holder may reasonably request for purposes of Holder’s compliance with regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements applicable to Holder. Holder agrees to treat and hold all such information of the Company provided pursuant to this Article 3.5 in confidence in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.9 of the Loan Agreement.

In handling any confidential information of Borrower, the Holder shall exercise the same degree of care that it exercises for their own proprietary information, as specified in Section 12.9 of the Loan Agreement.

Holder agrees that it shall hold and treat all such information in confidence in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.9 of the Loan Agreement, which provisions are hereby incorporated herein by reference and agreed to apply to such information.

The Company agrees to provide Holder at any time and from time to time with such information as Holder may reasonably request for purposes of Holder’s compliance with regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements applicable to Holder, including without limitation, all Company financial information, and that of any of its subsidiaries, reasonably requested by Xxxxxx.

Certain Information. The Company Corporation agrees to provide Holder at any time and from time to time with such information as Holder may reasonably request for purposes of Holder’s compliance with regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements applicable to Holder.
