Common use of Centralized On Clause in Contracts

Centralized On. Call i) On-call employees may only be included on one (1) on-call list and must be willing to work at ALL locations served by that list. The inclusion of employees in an on-call list will be based on operational requirements. The list of programs covered by the individual on-call pools will be discussed with the Union prior to implementation and will not be changed unless notice is first provided to the Union. ii) Employees placed on the on-call list will receive orientation for the locations served by the applicable on-call list. Copies of such lists shall be forwarded to the Union within one week of finalization.
