CE Marking. 4.1 XDx hereby warrants and confirms that: (A) it will obtain the CE Approval within 45 days from the Effective Date and shall maintain the CE ▇▇▇▇ and any other Regulatory Approvals for the Test and the Products in the Territory throughout the Term; and (B) the Test and the Products shall comply with the Directive throughout the Term.
