CDA RESPONSIBILITIES. A. CDA Grant Agreement Manager shall provide guidance, information, and access to CDA staff as required by the Grantee to provide services under this Agreement.
B. CDA shall approve the program description and other deliverables mentioned herein in a timely manner.
CDA RESPONSIBILITIES. A. CDA will purchase and ship the number of iPad devices to Contractor established in 1. Program Definitions, Part A.
B. CDA shall vest title ownership of the purchased devices to the Contractors.
a. This shall include all CHAT devices that shall be grandfathered into the full scope of this agreement.
b. All CHAT devices grandfathered into the full scope of this agreement shall be transferred from CDA to the Contractors.
c. CDA will email each of the participating Contractors the following:
i. An inventory spreadsheet of their CHAT devices; and STD 158 Property Transfer Report form.
ii. Upon receipt of the inventory spreadsheet and STD 158, the Contractor shall review the inventory spreadsheet and, if any discrepancy is noted, submit an email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇ detailing the discrepancy. Please include in the email subject line: PSA # Inventory Discrepancy Noted.
iii. CDA will work with the Contractor to address and resolve the discrepancies. If no discrepancies are identified, sign and date STD 158 as the Property Custodian in box number 6 in the signatures section of the form. Once signed, email the STD 158 to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇ and include in the email subject line: PSA # Signed STD 158 CHAT Devices.
iv. Once CDA receives the signed STD 158 from the Contractors, CDA will route the STD 158 for internal signatures, and remove the CHAT devices from the CDA inventory. CDA will email a completed copy of the STD 158 to the participating Contractor and no longer track the CHAT devices.
CDA RESPONSIBILITIES. CDA agrees:
A. To maintain in good and safe working order and condition: all electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating, sanitary, and other facilities and appliances, including elevators, supplied or required to be supplied by CDA to Tenant.
B. To maintain Tenant’s dwelling unit and building facilities and common areas (not otherwise assigned to Tenant for maintenance and upkeep,) in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition.
C. To comply with requirements of applicable building, health, fire and housing codes, and HUD regulations materially affecting health, safety and property.
D. To provide maintenance, replacement, and repair for normal wear and tear to Tenant’s premises free of charge. To post in the Management Office a current list of average charges for typical services, repairs and replacements where damage is more than normal wear and tear. Labor charges are higher for work performed on evenings, holidays and weekends.
CDA RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The CDA Agreement Manager will coordinate dates and information between CDA and the Grantee.
B. The CDA Agreement Manager shall provide all information required to the Grantee.
C. The CDA Agreement Manager shall communicate any additional information on grant requirements or revisions.
D. The CDA Agreement Manager will work with Grantee to answer any question and resolve any issues regarding the work.
CDA RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.1.1 The CDA will transfer in fee title 4,019.1 acres of property to the CTUIR, as stated in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the CDA and the CTUIR (July 2019), and as specified in Stipulation D(2) of the PA Amendment, within 180 days of the transfer of the UMCD property from the Army to the CDA.
2.1.2 The CDA shall initiate consultation with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County within 180 days of the transfer of the UMCD property from the Army to the CDA to develop and execute a binding instrument for the transfer of land containing historic properties to ensure the responsibility for the management, protection, and preservation of the South Trail are carried out as specified in Stipulation B(2) and the resolution in Exhibit C of the PA Amendment.
2.1.3 The CDA shall initiate consultation with Umatilla County within 180 days of the transfer of the UMCD property from the Army to the CDA, to develop and execute a binding instrument for the easement or license of land containing historic properties to ensure the responsibility for the management, protection, and preservation of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Accident Site are carried out as specified in Stipulation E(2) and the resolution in Exhibit D of the PA Amendment.
2.1.4 The CDA obligations listed in the above Stipulations of the PA Amendment and this MOU contain the extent of CDA actions and no further actions will be deemed necessary.
