POS REPORTING Sample Clauses

The POS Reporting clause requires parties, typically retailers or distributors, to provide regular reports detailing sales data captured at the point of sale. These reports often include information such as product quantities sold, sales dates, and locations, and may be submitted on a weekly or monthly basis. By mandating the sharing of accurate sales data, this clause enables suppliers to monitor product performance, manage inventory, and calculate royalties or other payments, thereby ensuring transparency and accountability in the business relationship.
