CCCFE Obligation. CCCFE hereby agrees that neither it nor its officers, authorized agents or representatives shall incite, encourage, or participate in any strike or refusal to perform services as provided in this Agreement, or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, or any picketing of District premises, except for picketing that is solely informational in nature, during the life of this Agreement. In the event of any strike or refusal to perform services as provided in this Agreement, or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever or threat thereof, or any picketing of District premises except for picketing that is solely information in nature, CCCFE and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same. The District agrees it shall not engage in any lock-out of unitmembers.
