Clauses 29.1 to 29.5 (inclusive) do not apply to the extent, and only to the extent, that the Trustee enters into this Deed in its capacity as Trustee of the CBA Trust and has liabilities in relation to the CBA Trust. The Trustee's liability in relation to the CBA Trust is limited as set out in clause 2.16.
