Common use of Caterers Clause in Contracts

Caterers. The Wrecking Bar provides catering for all of our events. If you wish to use an outside caterer we can provide you with a list of preferred vendors. All outside caterers must furnish The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a copy of their business license and a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. The certificate should also state that The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is named as additional insured on the group’s insurance policy for the date of the event.
