Caterers. The Regents has a list of approved caterers to choose from. We require you to select a caterer(s) from this list. No caterer can be used that is not on this list. Each caterer on this list is familiar with the Regents’ venues, rules and regulations. Each caterer provides excellent food and exceptional service. Each one of these approved caterers carries the Regents’ required liability insurance and health permits. They offer a variety of menus and price ranges. Meetings that take place Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. are required to use Giuseppe Fine Catering or UCSD Catering as the caterer. Caterers. ❑ Options for food- and beverage-ware (plates, utensils, cups): o must be China provided by outside rental company or caterer, o or, the option for the client to purchase certified Bio-degradable disposables is available solely through the Aquarium. ❑ The Aquarium must have on file: Copy of current health sanitation score. Copy of general liability insurance policy. In addition to Liquor Liability for caterers serving beer, wine and champagne. Copy of original permit, issued by Health Department, stating business is a restaurant, caterer or food service provider. ❑ The caterer must supply a bartender who must serve all alcoholic beverages. ❑ Alcohol is limited to beer, wine and champagne that is 16 percent alcohol or less. ❑ For day events: Aquarium staff will set up and break down tables, chairs and linen. ❑ For evening events: The caterer must agree to provide, at a minimum, two (2) staff members per every 50 guests, dedicated to assist Aquarium staff in set-up and break-down of tables, chairs and linen. If caterer does not supply this staff, client will need to hire a private events coordinator to satisfy this requirement or client will be charged extra service fees after event. ❑ Standard clean-up time is one hour for parties of 130 or fewer; additional staff will be required for larger parties. ❑ The caterer is responsible for the sanitation of the catering kitchen within the clean-up time that has been allotted based on your event. A caterer checklist is posted in the Catering Kitchen. ❑ If caterer has never serviced an event at Aquarium, or it has been more than two years since servicing an event at Aquarium, caterer is required to meet with an Aquarium Special Events Coordinator no fewer than 16 weeks before the event. Plus, attend the Final Walk-Through meeting that takes place three weeks out from event. ❑ Caterers that have serviced an Aquarium event within the past two years are required to attend the Final Walk-Through meeting. ❑ I have informed my caterer to check in with the Special Events Coordinator by entering the front entrance of the Aquarium upon arrival. Caterers. There will be a Venue Impact Fee (VIF) of 5% for food & beverage through our list of preferred caterers and bar service. Outside vendors can be used upon approval by XXXX for an additional 10% VIF. The fee will be collected by the approved vendor. There is to be no cooking or preparation inside the house, only in greenhouse and covered outdoor area.

Caterers. The User may contract with any caterer. The User will notify the Xxxxxxx House manager of the caterer selected. Caterers. The Wrecking Bar provides catering for all of our events. If you wish to use an outside caterer we can provide you with a list of preferred vendors. All outside caterers must furnish The Xxxxxxxx with a copy of their business license and a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. The certificate should also state that The Xxxxxxxx is named as additional insured on the group’s insurance policy for the date of the event.

Caterers. A list of Alliance member caterers will be provided and their use is encouraged. The name and contact information of selected caterer must be given to the Landlord upon signing the contract. Kitchen is not equipped for food preparation and must be done offsite. Kitchen is available for food holding and food set up. Caterers must provide protective covers (tablecloths) for tables used in the kitchen.
Caterers. Lessor has a list of “Preferred Caterers" (see Schedule A) and highly recommends each for any and all catering needs that may be required for an event at Xxxxxx Hall. Use of any other caterers must be pre-approved and shall require an additional $250 in security deposit. All Caterers must also provide Renter with a certificate of insurance. If a certificate of insurance cannot be provided, the Renter must acquire an Event Policy naming A Proper Cocktail, llc as an additional insured. All vendors MUST BE LICENSED and comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to food service. All menus, pricing and contracting of food and beverage needs will be handled directly with your approved caterer.
Caterers. Silvermoon has compiled an approved list of caterers for your use. If a caterer is preferred who is not on the approved list, the Silvermoon’s consent (in its discretion) may be obtained for use of the caterer following written notification to Silvermoon, the Silvermoon’s review of their credentials, and the caterer’s review of, and undertaking to adhere to this Agreement’s terms.
