Category Qualification Clause Samples

The Category Qualification clause defines the criteria or standards that must be met for a party, product, or service to be classified within a specific category under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the necessary qualifications, certifications, or characteristics required for inclusion, such as meeting certain industry standards or possessing particular attributes. By clearly establishing these requirements, the clause ensures that only eligible entities or items are considered, thereby maintaining quality control and preventing disputes over category membership.
