Common use of Catastrophic Illness Leave Clause in Contracts

Catastrophic Illness Leave. On a case--by--case basis and with mutual agreement of the Association and the District, any employee may donate accumulated and unused eligible leave credits to another employee when that employee or a member of his or her family suffers from a catastrophic illness or injury.
