Payment Terms and Conditions 67.6.1 CLEC shall pay a Transit Service Charge as set forth in Table 1 for any Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC.

Required liability policies other than Workers’ Compensation / Employer’s Liability will provide that Authority, members of Authority’s governing body, and Authority’s officers, volunteers and employees are included as additional insureds.
