Common use of Cash Concentration Accounts Clause in Contracts

Cash Concentration Accounts. Maintain, and cause each of its US Subsidiaries to maintain, main cash concentration accounts with Bank of America and lockbox accounts into which all proceeds of Collateral are paid with Bank of America or one or more banks acceptable to the Administrative Agent that have accepted the assignment of such accounts to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the Security Agreement.
