Cash Advance Transactions. If you have selected a transaction option for one or more of the Authorized Users which permits cash advance transactions, those Authorized Users may make withdrawals, either in cash or by purchasing travelers checks or any negotiable instrument, at any Bank branch and at any bank which honors Visa cards.
