Common use of Caseloads Clause in Contracts

Caseloads. a. Pursuant to this section, the parties agree to compensate a unit member whose caseloads are greater than the specified number as follows: SDC Mild/Mod SDC Mod/Severe Resource Specialists Speech & Language Caseload of 15 At 16 and above, the unit member shall receive 50% of the hourly rate per day for each student greater than 15 per quarter, trimester or semester. Caseload at 12. At 13 and above, the unit member shall receive 50% of the hourly rate per day for each student greater than 12 per quarter, trimester or semester. Caseload at 28.
