Caretaking. All cleaning and caretaking of the Subleased Premises shall be carried out by the Tenant at the Tenant's expense including, without restriction, the picking up and removal of all trash and litter from the Subleased Premises on a regular basis and as and when necessary to maintain a clean and tidy condition.
