CAREER PATH NOTES. 2.6.1. Training will be provided to employees to meet the needs of the business and will be consistent with the Engineering Store career path. 2.6.2. The Company undertakes to identify skill gaps, and develop training plans to meet business needs. 2.6.3. The Company acknowledges and recognises prior learning, experience, licences and the competencies displayed when determining the level of training required when deciding when to promote. 2.6.4. The Company will consult employee representatives when developing training to achieve consistent standards, processes and procedures. 2.6.5. No current level 1 store employee will be disadvantaged or demoted from their level or rate of pay going forward or after any restructure. 2.6.6. All aspects of Engineering Store work can be covered by persons at whichever level that is attained. Store employees will be required to operate to best meet the requirements of the Store on a day to day basis.
