Career Development Program. The Board shall annually allocate one hundred and sixty dollars ($160.00) per full-time equivalent employee, and the employee shall annually contribute forty dollars ($40.00) on a pro-rata basis, to a Career Development Fund, exclusively for the use of the members of the bargaining unit. Records pertaining to the fund shall be maintained by the Board and forwarded to the Union quarterly.
