Common use of Career Counseling Clause in Contracts

Career Counseling. The Company will provide career counseling and out placement services on an individual basis to the Executive as the Company deems appropriate and for a reasonable period following the Executive's termination of employment; provided, however, that the Company's obligation to provide such services shall terminate at such time, if any, as the cost of such services exceeds $5,000.
