Common use of Care for Property Clause in Contracts

Care for Property. Not cause or allow to be caused any damage or loss to the Property and Contents, fair wear and tear excepted, and use the Property and Contents in a proper and tenant-­‐like manner including but not restricted to, changing replacing or renewing at his own cost all light bulbs, fuses, plugs, batteries, vacuum cleaner bags and filters and extractor fan filters.
