Common use of Card Security Clause in Contracts

Card Security. To maintain security of the Card, a Cardholder must: (a) immediately sign on the signature panel on the back of the Card upon receipt; (b) when not used, keep the Card in a safe place; (c) use the Card only within its validity period; and (d) not give possession of the Card to anyone, including a friend or family member.
