Card Reader. The Landlord agrees to request the Strata Corporation of the Building to install an electronic security card reader in the elevators of the Building as and when required by the Tenant and the Tenant acknowledges that the basis of such request and installation will be that the Tenant shall pay all costs for such installation and ongoing repairs thereto.
