Card Replacement Fee. If your account is subject to a Card Replacement Fee, a fee will be charged for each replacement card that is issued to you for any reason.
Card Replacement Fee. In the event any additional or re- placement cards are issued for any reason other than the issuance of a renewal card, a fee may be imposed.
