Card Program Sample Clauses
The Card Program clause defines the terms and conditions governing the issuance, use, and management of payment cards provided under an agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of both the card issuer and the cardholder, including how cards are distributed, activated, and used for transactions, as well as any restrictions or obligations related to card usage. This clause ensures that both parties understand their roles and the rules of the card program, thereby reducing the risk of misuse and clarifying operational procedures.
