Common use of Card Account payments Clause in Contracts

Card Account payments. (a) Charges in the Card Account (which shall include for the avoidance of doubt any Card Transactions which have been converted from foreign currencies into Ringgit Malaysia) shall be settled in Ringgit Malaysia at any branches of the Bank in Malaysia or by other means as advised by the Bank from time to time.
