Common use of Capital Project Clause in Contracts

Capital Project. By the Closing Date, Seller shall have completed in good and workmanlike manner the capital project represented to be undertaken and completed by Seller in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates, L.P. Information Memorandum dated May 1996 (the "Capital Project") and the description of the Capital Project set forth in the memorandum shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference
