Monitor the Agreed Use. The Local Lead Partners shall keep separate, accurate and up-to-date accounts and records of the receipt and expenditure of the Capital Grant monies received by it for the purpose of financial reporting to the Arts Council and shall provide quarterly financial reports to the HLO through its representative for that purpose, in accordance with the Capital Grant Funding Agreement. The Local Lead Partners shall upon request be able to provide evidence of spending to the Arts HLO should this be requested.
Monitor the Agreed Use. In carrying out the Agreed Capital Project Plan, you must obtain all approvals, consent, planning consents, building regulation approvals, licences and any other necessary approvals and consents required by law to deliver the Agreed Capital Project Plan.
