Common use of Capacity Management Clause in Contracts

Capacity Management. DYOPATH will monitor at a minimum the following items: • Storage utilization • CPU utilization (Physical and Virtual Servers) • Memory utilization (Physical and Virtual Servers) • Internet utilization DYOPATH will notify the Client when capacity thresholds are exceeded. DYOPATH will not be held accountable for missed Service Levels due to the Client’s delay in authorizing additional capacity once notified by DYOPATH of potential outages. Capacity management Service Levels are defined in Table 6. Capacity Thresholds (Metric 13) If requested, notify Client of all thresholds exceeding 80% of utilization or other agreed upon thresholds. Thresholds to be determined jointly by Client and DYOPATH. As a proactive measure, auto alerts will be set for utilization thresholds to notify DYOPATH and Client when thresholds are exceeded
