Common use of Cancellation of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 2.6, 2.8(2), 2.10 or 3.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.8(1). The Warrant Agent shall, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 2.6, 2.8(22.8(3), 2.10 or 3.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.8(1). The Warrant Agent shall, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which that have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.

All Warrant Certificates properly surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections section 2.6, 2.8(2)2.10, 2.10 2.17 or 3.1 shall will be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall will record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.8(1)section 2.8. The Warrant Agent shallwill, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which have been duly cancelled shall will be without further force or effect whatsoever.

All Warrant Certificates properly surrendered to the Warrant Agent Trustee pursuant to sections 2.6Section 2.06, 2.8(2)2.10, 2.10 2.17 or 3.1 3.01 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent Trustee and the Warrant Agent Trustee shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent Trustee pursuant to subsection 2.8(1)Section 2.08. The Warrant Agent Trustee shall, if required by the CompanyCorporation, furnish the Company Corporation with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 2.6, 2.8(22.9(2), 2.10 2.11 or 3.1 3.2 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.8(1)2.9(1) . The Warrant Agent shall, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which that have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.

All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 2.62.7, 2.8(2Section 2.9(2), 2.10 2.11, 2.18, or 3.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.8(12.9(1). The Warrant Agent shall, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which that have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.

All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which that have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.

All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 2.6Section 2.7, 2.8(2), 2.10 2.11 or 3.1 2.18 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.8(1)Section 2.9. The Warrant Agent shall, if required by the CompanyCorporation or the Selling Shareholder, furnish the Company Corporation with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. All Warrant Certificates properly surrendered to the Warrant Agent Trustee pursuant to sections section 2.6, 2.8(2)2.10, 2.10 2.17 or 3.1 shall will be cancelled by the Warrant Agent Trustee and the Warrant Agent shall Trustee will record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent Trustee pursuant to subsection 2.8(1)section 2.8. The Warrant Agent shallTrustee will, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which have been duly cancelled shall will be without further force or effect whatsoever.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 2.62.7, 2.8(22.9(b), 2.10 2.11, 2.18, or 3.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.8(12.9(a). The Warrant Agent shall, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates which that have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.
