Common use of Cancellation of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. Any Warrant Certificate surrendered for exercise, registration of transfer or exchange shall, if surrendered to the Company, be delivered to the Warrant Agent, and all Warrant Certificates surrendered or so delivered to the Warrant Agent shall be promptly canceled by the Warrant Agent and shall not be reissued and, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, no Warrant Certificate shall be issued hereunder in lieu thereof. The Warrant Agent shall deliver to the Company from time to time, or otherwise dispose of, canceled Warrant Certificates in a manner satisfactory to the Company.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. Any Warrant Certificate surrendered upon the exercise of Warrants or for exerciseexchange or transfer, registration of transfer or exchange shall, if surrendered to purchased or otherwise acquired by the Company, be delivered to the Warrant Agent, and all Warrant Certificates surrendered or so delivered to the Warrant Agent shall be promptly canceled by the Warrant Agent cancelled and shall not be reissued by the Company; and, except as expressly permitted provided in Section 1 with respect to the exercise of less than all of the Warrants evidenced by this Agreementa Warrant Certificate or in Section 5 with respect to an exchange or transfer, no Warrant Certificate shall be issued hereunder in lieu thereofof such cancelled Warrant Certificate. The Any Warrant Agent Certificate so cancelled shall deliver to the Company from time to time, or otherwise dispose of, canceled Warrant Certificates in a manner satisfactory to be destroyed by the Company.
