Common use of Cancellation of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and cancelled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall also cancel the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates following exercise of any or all of the Warrants represented thereby or delivered to it for transfer or exchange.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. Warrant Certificates so canceled shall be maintained in accordance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Warrant Agent shall also cancel the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates following exercise of any or all of the Class D Warrants represented thereby or delivered to it for transfer transfer, split up, combination or exchange.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and cancelled canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall also cancel Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates Agent following exercise of any or all of the Warrants represented thereby or delivered to it for transfer transfer, split-up, combination or exchange.

Warrant Certificates so canceled shall be delivered by the Warrant Agent to the Company from time to time, or disposed of in accordance with the instructions of the Company.

If the Company shall purchase purchases or acquire otherwise acquires any Warrant Certificate or WarrantsCertificates after the issuance thereof, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall thereupon will be delivered to the Warrant Agent and cancelled be canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall will also cancel the any Warrant Certificate delivered to it for exercise, in whole or Warrant Certificates following exercise of any or all of the Warrants represented thereby in part, or delivered to it for transfer transfer, split-up, combination, or exchange. Warrant Certificates so canceled will be delivered by the Warrant Agent to the Company from time to time, or disposed of in accordance with the instructions of the Company.

If In the event the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall such Warrants may thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent Agent, and cancelled if so delivered, shall be canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall also cancel the Warrant Certificate or all Warrant Certificates following exercise of any or all of the Warrants represented thereby or delivered to it properly surrendered for exchange, substitution, transfer or exchangeexercise.
