Refund for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in Clause 2.1, the PEI will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the table in Schedule D.

Termination Due To Lack of Funds a. In the event funds to finance this Contract become unavailable, the Department may terminate the Contract upon no less than twenty-four (24) hours written notice to the Vendor. Said notice shall be delivered by certified mail, return receipt requested, or in person with proof of delivery. The Department shall be the final authority as to the availability of funds.

Cancellation/Termination EY may terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part, with or without cause, at any time and without liability, upon written notice to Supplier. In the event of any termination, Supplier shall promptly refund to EY any fees paid for Services or Work Product(s) that have not been provided as at the effective date of termination, and no further fees shall be due from EY in respect of the Services or Work Product(s). Termination or expiry of this Purchase Order for any reason shall not affect the accrued rights and obligations of the parties at the date of termination or expiry (as applicable).

Cancellation by Exhibitor If the Exhibitor notifies MSCA in writing by October 15, 2022, that it will not occupy the exhibit space stated herein, the Exhibitor will be liable for 50 percent of the exhibit fee. Cancellation of Service You have the right to cancel this Agreement with NEC Co-op Energy without penalty or fee of any kind within three (3) federal business days after you receive your Terms of Service Agreement. NEC Co-op Energy will provide you with 45 calendar days advance written notice of any material change in the Terms of Service, either in your bill or in a separate mailing. The changes will become effective on the date stated in the notice unless you cancel your Agreement. You may cancel your Agreement no later than 10 calendar days before the effective date of the material change. In the event of cancellation, if you request a specific date to switch your service other than your next meter read date, you may incur a cost for this switch.
